8. Shipping
8.1 Delivery times vary by product and are stated on each product page.
8.2 Orders will be delivered to the address provided and cannot be changed after dispatch.
8.3 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages with photos within 24 hours.
8.4 Issues such as non-working items, incomplete delivery, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
8.5 Delivery dates are approximate; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
8.6 The first delivery attempt for orders over £50 (including VAT) is free. Redelivery charges apply for failed delivery due to incorrect or absent recipients.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
9.1 Customers may cancel orders but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
9.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations still incur the 25% restocking fee.
9.3 All transactions are business-to-business and do not fall under consumer contract regulations.
9.4 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and undamaged, with a 25% restocking fee.
9.5 Customers must return goods at their own cost unless the item was delivered in error or is damaged.
9.6 Failure to return goods or returning damaged/used goods may result in additional charges.
9.7 Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation notification, minus the restocking fee.
9.8 Cancellation rights expire after 7 working days from delivery.
9.9 Rights to cancel are lost if:

Goods are unsealed and unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons;

Goods are not returned in their original packaging.
10. Warranty
10.1 All products come with a 12-month parts-only warranty from the delivery date, unless a parts-and-labour option is selected (at extra cost).
10.2 We will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods at our discretion.
10.3 The warranty is void if repairs or alterations are made without written consent.
10.4 Customers should send us a list of parts required if equipment breaks down, and parts will be sent free of charge.
10.5 We do not accept liability for loss of earnings, profits, or consequential losses due to product failure.
10.6 Warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or improper storage.
11. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
