Returns and Cancellations Policy
1. General Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the day of delivery. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the invoice value.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be sent to:

We do not arrange collection. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the goods at their own cost.

Damaged goods received at our warehouse will be refused.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. However:

If the order has already been dispatched, the return policy applies, including the 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation requests must be made before the 7-day window via email or phone.

Once notified of cancellation, we will refund the payment within 7 days, minus the restocking fee.

If goods are not returned, or are returned at our expense, we may charge you for our direct recovery costs.
3. UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason:

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

This does not override our standard return terms for business-to-business transactions.
4. Exceptions – Non-returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom/personalized items

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items unsealed for hygiene reasons

Items not in original packaging

Sale items and gift cards
5. Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

Return your original item (if eligible).

Make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
